Horrible service

Hi,

I stopped at McDonald's south africa florida north on ontdekkers!

Service is terrible they couldn't help at the drive through to serve what the McDonald's app offers and neither could they assist in assigning McDonald's points to me.

I called McDonald's and spoke to the manager he said he'd look in to the situation and call me back he still hasn't called i had to take a drive to the store to find out about my points and also the service and the Manager of afternoon shift Mr.Imagine said i should rather put it on hello peter cause thats where clients complains.

No attempt to assist with the problem or to look into the problem he just told me to complain on hellopeter!

Can McDonald's please intervene as McDonald's Florida North is horrible and ***********!
