Horrible service

<p>The McDonald in Fourways is a 24hour McDonald,we got there,there were cones blocking to get tickets the drive through,so we parked the car and tried to go in,the door was locked and the security gaurd on dutiy(who refused to give us his name)opened for us and told us we can't get food because there's something they were doing with the system which was going to be fine in 20 mind,we asked what was it and he refused to tell us,until we asked him to call who ever was in charge,he came back and told us,she was busy she can't speak to us,we stood there in cold and demanded until this lady decided to speak to us,we asked her if the McDonald was not a 24hours operating establish and thinking we were walking she just said only for drive through and we explained we were driving but there are cones blocking the drive through hence we walked in,she just looked at us funny and said ok we are opened and we said so what about the cones,she said we'll remove them,I mean we were hungry and we wanted McDonald because it was the only place opened at the time until our house,we just went to the car and drove through,they eventually helped us but when we asked they names they refused to give us now this is the security and the person who was preparing our food,we're asked for the head office number or who ever owns the McDonald and they said they don't have them,the other person who was preparing our order just said leave these ones they trying to scare us,they won't do anything and then closed the pick up window we drive off,as angry as we were,on the way we called the number on the slip and guess what it was the security gaurd again answering the phone the 3rd calling now and still asked for the head office and told me to hold and later came back said he can't find them,yes we got our food but we did not deserve the kind of service we received,if the was a problem or anything,we deserved an explanation and bit in a rude way,basically the staff didn't care about us including the person who was in charge it was on the 29th of May around 3:30 am,I stay in Fourways I buy there all the time,I do not deserve this kind of service </p>
