Horrible Service

I went to mcdonalds in pta at about 3am. I was with a couple of friends and we asked for assistance from a lady named Mpho. The kind of attitude that this lady displayed was disgusting to say the least. She told us in a very bad attitude that they were offline. I asked her how long it might take and she said 30min. During this conversation, this woman is not even decent enough to look at me, she is busy cleaning the stations. I then asked to speak to the Manager, to my suprised, when the \manager"walked out"
