Horrible service
I got horrible experience from MR D driver @ Mc Donald's Sam Ntuli Mall

20 Oct 2025, 18:50The driver was so rude she first complained that why am I paying with cash and did not pay online.
after I paid she was busy on her phone she told me to take my phone on her bag while she is busy on her phone. drinks were not sealed and were half because they had spilled.
the burgers I asked for no onion and no pickles but they did order with no garnish. @ MC Donald Sam Ntuli please do something about this horrible service we receiving from your drivers.
