Horrible service

I went to macdonalds Gugulethu @ 6 pm and was told that the dining side is closed even though their website shows that they trade till 9 pm so we were instructed to go to the drive thru by the security guard even though we were walking. We got to the drive thru and the cashier didn't even aknowledge our presence so I asked if we can place our order she responded without looking at me and said we will wait for all the cars to be done. I can't begin to express how disrespectful that was and it feels like they only interested in serving people with cars
