Horrible service

Just had the most appaulling service at McDonalds in Klerksdorp. Ordered our meals on the drive through, when we got to the paypoint the guy assisting us (Sandile) said the R200 note we gave him will not be accepted by the machine, mind you, we had just withdrawn the cash with no issues. Asked if the note was **** he said it wasnt. His manager also backs him up and says the note wont be accepted by their machine. After about minutes of arguing, he eventually puts the note in and miraculously, their machine accepts it. The manager is very rude and arrogant and has no clue about customer service. After all this, not even an apology to acknowledge their mistake, instead Sandile closed his window and completely ingonred us.
