Horrible service

<p>I am utterly disgusted in the service I received at McDonalds Vangate Mall. First of all the restaurant for some reason was not serving clients inside, this was around 21:30 so I had to go via the drive through. When I placed my order the screen was not working so I had no way of checking my order. When I paid, the cashier mumbled something which sounded like my order so I paid. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting I arrived at the collection window, only to receive 2 items short. I then explained to person that my order was incomplete, she then looked at my slip and told me that was what I paid for, refused to assist me furyher and told me that I had to go back through the drive through and order again. Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life. This is not the first time I've had a short order given to me at the branch and I will definately never be going there again and I will be sharing my experience with others.</p>
