Horrible service

Had the most horrible experience at McDonald’s heuwel road in centurion, I ordered a burger and waited 40 minutes when I asked to cancel the order and get a refund they told me to wait because the manager is busy and I had to leave as I had other commitments, 45 minutes later no burger, no manager and no refund and I left
