Horrible service

McDonald's restaurant in springs is the worst. The manager was rude after I waited for my order for an hour. Sent an email for my complaint in customer service they never got back to me with a reply to my complaint. I'm so dissapointed about the service and about them as a big company not getting back to me even after I used my money to pay for my meal after not being served for an hour the manager told me that my order was issued. I asked how cause I'm still waiting and if it was issued to who cause I still have my receipt to collect with me. I had to fight to get the food I paid for with my money and prove that I still didn't get it after an hour. Sho
