Horrible service

The McDonald’s at Cresta Mall is so ***********. When they’re busy we always get wrong orders after waiting for 15min for your food. I ordered Mcfeast chicken they gave me McChicken ?? now this was a takeaway and when I got home i got the shock of my life! I paid for Mcfeast & got a burger with a chicken fillet so hard . Called them 10 times but there was no answer, clearly they don’t care! I WANT MY REFUND!!
