Horrible service

I had ordered x2 Jalapeno double burgers for myself and my colleague through the McDelivery website and to my surprise got an incorrect order. That was not the main problem, the huge issue I have is the service I received from the restaurant where my delivery was delivered from.

Horrible service from Joseph whom I think is the junior manager or something. He was so condescending on the phone with me and dropped the call on me. I then phoned the restaurant back and he did the very same thing.

My last option was to contact the Mcdelivery contact centre where I was kindly assisted so by Muyitiri who also phoned the Obeservatory Mcdonald restaurant but unfortunately she also got the same service. Talk about bad customer service, even to their own fellow colleagues

I will never order from Mcdonald's again, I cannot take poor customer service as I see clients myself in my work place. I know what it means to go the extra mile. This is definitely what I did not get from Joseph (Mcdonald's in Observatory in Cape Town)
