Horrible service

So i order a big mac meal with spicy sauce ... i pay and arrive at the second window (collection) ...and get told to wait in the parking lot they will bring me my food .. after ten minutes a car approached me to tell me that i need to reverse into the drive through to collect my order....I get home just to find my food is cold and no spicy sauce on the burger which i paid for. Really pathetic considering i broke up with my girlfriend to be even more heartbroken by your service. Shame on you. im not loooving it !!!!
