Horrible service

So I ordered a big mac medium with fanta Orange and specifically asked for no ice.Mr delivery delivered Cajun chicken and my drink had ice.I called back and asked for my correct order.this guy gets here with and has the nerve to tell me there is a reason why they put ice in the drink,he eats ice.he went as far as asking me if I don't eat ice!!!!!!!really?????what an inconvenience.I didn't even enjoy the burger it was dry and cold
