Horrible Service!!!

I am beyond disappointed and appalled by the way Mc Donald's in Rosebank , I ordered at 11h44 through the delivery call center and was told that my order would be here within 45 minutes - an hour. hahaha very freaken funny.... my order arrived at 14h25:49 secs... thats nore than 1 hour!!!!!!!

the driver was not at fault yet he apologized and i a beyond grateful for that but my issue still stands, why the hell does it take more than 2 hours for my food to get here, please answer me this...
