Horrible service

I have ordered from MC Donalds Atterbury the past 2 nights. Last night the 2nd of DEC 2017 i placed an order around 20:30. at 21:30 i phoned and the lady said that someone told her to cancel. That wasn't me. then she went on and promised that they would remake the order and deliver it to me.

That order i still haven't received. Order number 30-02/12/2 ********** 3

Today i made another order at the same time and still haven't received anything. Order number 30-03/12/2 ********** 8

Please explain to me why if I order at 20:30 i receive absolutely no service. It's pathetic to say the least.
