Horrible service

So today(26.8.17)around 5 oclock, I made an online order with McDonald's, upon receiving the confirmation email, I saw that it had an old number that I no longer use, I immediately called to tell the restaurant to use the correct number, I spoke to Thokozani who ensured me it would be done. By the way my order was supposed to delivered between 8 and half 8. I called again at 8 to ensure that they have the right number, speaking to Sanele this time he said yes they have the right number, but because I know such things happen I went outside waited for 30 minutes between 8 and half past 8 still no sign of the delivery guy.
