Horrible Service

Feeling played.....went to McDonald's in Pritchard Street to redeem my Oreo McFlurry and they told me it expired at 3 whereas the date stste that it expires on the 14th 23:59. Can someone please explain this embarrassment? Well its not the 1st time this has happened as their service us always poor compared to the one in Jeppe and Small Street in Jhb. I have receipts of both the times within this month.
