horrible service

lastnight we went to Mcdonald's in Humewood Port Elizabeth to buy but when we got there the place was closed, the security guard told us that they were waiting for those who were suppose to be doing the night shift to come in... the time then it was around 01:00 & they were suppose to be there by 23:00, we stood outside for about 2hours hoping that they will arrive & open the place. They arrived around 2 to 3am, didn't open, all they did was eating inside others were dancing... we asked another lady that was inside if they were gonna open or not the lady insulted the customers... we then ended up going to the drive through.
