Horrible service

Last night I went to McDonald's Jewel City in maboneng to buy food and I realized that I wasn't wearing a mask immediately when I was by the door so before I could even turn back to fetch my mask a lady called Thulisile by the door she chased me away like a dog. I went to fetch my musk then when I entered the store they were already waiting for me as Thulisile told them that I gave her a middle finger, which I didn't do. I was forced to apologize to her which I refused to do because I cannot apologize for something I didn't do. So they held my order saying I should apologize I refused then took my food and left. I was very sad to be treated like that in front of other customers. The stuff ganged up on me. @McDonald's
