Horrible service

Extremely disappointed with McDonald's service. Saturday night I ordered food directly from the McDonald's app, and selected the store closer to me for collection, order went through my money taken only to get to a closed store, the app re-directed me to McDonalds Edenvale, rude staff that were not not even willing to hear me out. I drove back to the store hoping to see a security that might give me info as to why the store is closed with no luck. I contacted customer service, sent through my query via the app. This morning @ 10:26am I contacted the store and the manager took down my details promised me a call back still nothing. Can I at least get my money back and I will never bother McDonald again? I wasted my fuel, my airtime and my family did not eat what they wanted yet my money was not reversed back into my account. McDonalds is still not interest to resolve my query.
