Horrible, pathetic customer service and lack of understanding

Hi. So this morning i decided to buy mac donalds for lunch at the kenilworth centre branch. To my shocking surprise staff is unprofessional and doesnt know jow to speak to a customer. I spoke to the manager ntombie but even she didnt understand. It clearly states a cheeseburger meal is R32.50 on the board. I took a picture of this. Im charged at the till R34, why? Why must i pay extra if the price is R32 50. The price you see is the price you pay. After me having to explain to them the manager tells me that it excludes coke and coke zero and i told her this is not on the board and she arrogantly said it is, it is. She said only on stoney and fanta and then i changed my order to a stoney and still charged R34. Eventually i got a R2 back but would i have gotten that meal if i was R2 short. NO!!! Pathetic customer service. Oh and by the way the board doesnt say anything of which drinks are exluded.
