Horrible Mc Donald’s delivery

I ordered from Mc Donald’s delivery at 19:30 however I only got my food 2 hours 30 minutes later? Firstly that is ridiculous because the food was ice cold by the time I received it and secondly the order wasn’t even right but I had to pay R250 for it anyway seeing as my family weren’t fed yet. Everytime I try and send them an email nobody gets back to me. Honestly fed up!!
