Horrible manager with horrible customer service

Branch at Benoni is always offline during the overtime hours- spoke to one of the managers on duty (Thandeka) as I wanted to purchase and her customer service was way below par, her attitude was very ridiculous, she made me feel as if I was a nothing. It's really appalling how she treated me and made a fool out of me infront of her staff trying to prove she's in charge.
