Horrible Hygiene and bad quality food

On 12th February 2018 at 14:00pm I decided to go grab lunch at Lenasia McDonald drive thru , so I ordered a BigMac Meal with an orange juice, as I went to collect my meal at the collection window, I was first given my juice, but I notice how light and thin looking the juice was ,so I decided to taste it while I was at the window, and sure enough the juice tasted awfully diluted to I gave it back and I was offerd an ice tea rather, I then drove off. When I got home I took my food and put it in the Microwave, as I open my burger , I came across a gruesome discovery of a dead fly right inside of the burger packaging. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with this brand that I have love for so long since I was a little girl. I phoned the manager, and all he said was, "We are sorry ma'am".
