Horrible food at MacDonald's wynberg in western Cape

I am so upset with MacDonald's in Wynberg...firstly the food on arrival was cold...the kiddies meal was atrocious...the chicken patty was rock hard we complained they made a new one and it was worse....no serviettes no tomato sauce staff seems non chalant I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone...we pay for this food it's not free so why must it be served cold imagine ...
