Horrible experience at MCDONALDS CENTURY CITY

Waiting for my food for almost an hour and having to walk back twice because there was no sauce and the second time because i ordered 4 burger meals and instead i got 3. There were customers waiting for over an hour for their food and staff blatantly ignored the customers (including myself). The food was terrible. McDonald's canal walk is a tourist spot, so why is the food so bad and the service so slow. The workers were doing their own thing..i honestly think canal walk mcdonalds should get better staff. Customers even started swearing
