Horrible experience at Macdonalds value market

After waiting in the order queue for my turn at Macdonalds south gate value market, I got to the teller named Ayanda only to be told to use the self service ordering channel which also had a line of people wanting. When asked why we needed to go to the self service to order the order then proceeded to take our order which had to be repeated several times and she got it wrong repeatedly. Having ordered I then proceeded to collect my items at the mac Cafe counter where the person serving ignored us for a full 5 minutes before even acknowledging out presence, all the while giving us side looks and discussing us with the teller. The service at this macdonalds was disgusting and the staffs attitude was appalling. I will definitely not be visiting this macdonalds again as it's clear the staff feel that serving was doing us a favour.
