Horrible Customer Service - McDonald's Woodmead

So this morning I decided to pop in at MDonald's Donald's Woodmead with my mom to get us breakfast since we were extremely early. To my surprise this ended up to be the most bad decision I could ever take for us. I used a drive thru since it's more convenient and as usual they would ask you to go and wait for your order at the waiting bay whilst still preparing for it, if which I did not mind. 15min went past and still nothing..... I then took it upon myself to go ask, I was told we will bring shortly and we apologise "Me, OK cool" I waited.... 10min later I went inside now since I'm running out of time and still had to drive all the way to Germiston and obviously "Traffic". The lady ask her crew what was happening with the customers order, but hey no response... I then said since well my wrap is a problem please only give mey mom's breakfast and I'll get mine elsewhere, but I was ignored. I then requested to see a manager since I eventually told them that they must cancel my order and give me my money back. Again the so called manager or Team Leader was too busy to come and resolve my issue. I then asked the staff to take or direct me to her office of which she did, and I was bluntly ignored by "Gugu" as she continued doing whatever she was doing and said nothing. Few minutes later she went out of the office and left me standing by the office door still no word coming out of her mouth.

So, I asked again "Who can I get to assist me" No Gugu is the one that must help you.... 5-10 minutes later "Gugu" returns with my money and only then I get a "I'm so sorry here's your money" these people were not supposed to make you wait for so long!

I am really disgusted with the level of service received from this branch and guess what I arrived at work at 8am after sitting in traffic with no breakfast.....
