Horrible customer service

Was at McDonald's summerstrand the waiter Yandiswa Blouw was soooo rude at customers swearing at Muslim customers in Xhosa as they would not understand her, our food came out an hour later no happy meal toys in sight disgusting attitude from staff as no accountability was held no manager in sight. The alarm was on the entire time we were there it was a freaking mess
