Horrible customer service

Mcdonalds Upington continually letting me down and giving bad service...i ordered a big mac meal and was called to say that they have no fries(how on earth),but that wasnt the issue as i understood that its a logistical error on the company's part. The person that called me said they would not charge me full price for the meal,but when the driver came he said the manager told him that the meal should be paid in full even without fries, and that the fries would be delivered later on, i mean what is the actual thinking behind this idea because how am i gonna eat the fries later when i already ate the rest of the meal.there arent a lot of places that do delivery in upington, if there was i would never support this poorly run franchise.
