Horrible customer service

I went with my family to purchase food from: McDonald's Old Fort Road Durban South Africa. The cashier and the manager were absolutely horrible. They don't know the meaning of customer service. We walked out. The owner of this establishment should review their staff behaviours and pathetic customer service. Very disappointed. I rather order from a different branch in future always. Goodbye old fort road. You definitely won't be seeing me there again. Very very very disappointed with the cashier and even more with the manager. Date of incident 27-11-2022 approximate time of incident 5 to 6pm.
