Horrible customer service

morning visited McDonalds in Old Fort Road ,went via the drive thru and my partner greeted the lady on the intercom, she remained silent and greeted her again, she then said we must wait she is busy with something, then when she came back to us, he greeted her again and she said there is no need to greet he must just say his order,WOW, anyways we ordered and she asked if thats all and w said yes, then we ask if we should move to the next window, she responded rudely and said "if you are done with your order obviously you move", we thn moved and on the next window she was visible to us and we addressed how her responses were rude, and she just turned and took next order, we then ask her for the amount we owing , she ignored, we had to ask 3 times till he turned and gave us, and we asked again why are you being so rude, I then asked for a manager and she said we must move to the next window and we will find one, I spoke to Bonga Buthelezi the manager who assured matter will be dealt with. The lady is Wendy Sibisi. I have never witness such rudeness and attitude, the service ruined my morning, had to cancel my Teams meeting , the way I was so disturbed and angry. Such behaviour is totally unacceptable as I am not a beggar, I use my own money to buy. I would like to be contacted and advised on steps taken to ensure such victimisation is never repeated by such individual
