Horrible customer service

McDonald's Honey Ridge location had horrible customer service. We were treated very poorly by the lady who was a consultant for McDonald's at that store. She displayed bad manners and rudeness, among other issues. It's appalling that McDonald's allows such a person to be in charge.The lady goes by the name Solama if I got her name correctly, by she said her position is a Consultant for Macdonald.
