HORRIBLE BAD SERVICE

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT McDonald's Southgate Mall (outside). **********After spending more than 20 minutes at a drive through. The lady refused to take my order for not understanding their menu. She was so rude and impatient. I decided to go in and ask for manager (Thulani),I asked for a name of staff that was assisting me on drive through he then disappeared without any apology of what I expected. I think the manager need real training on customer service so that he can teach the junior staff. I'm really disappointed and I don't see myself going back to that restaurant ****
