Horrible assistance, horrible app

Tried to use a deal on the app. In store they said they don't have that special, even though they did and tried to over charge for it. Then complained to customer care and got a very poor response and no help from them at all. Now can't even get into the app which is very convenient...very bad service all around. Highly disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone
