Horrible

Absolutely disgusting! We litterally waited more than two hours for our food to be delivered. We reside less than 5 minutes away. We phoned a total of 11 times to follow up. Asked to speak to the Manager who asked me "what do you want me to do?" When we eventually got fed up and asked to cancel the order and refund our money, they told us to phone the call centre to have the money refunded. Absolutely horrible service! Our order placed at 19:25. It is now 21:20 and still nothibg received.
