********** Service from McDonalds/McDelivery

This morning ordered from the McDelivery app and the expected delivery time for my food was meant to be around 12:45pm local time. Instead of receiving my food, I got an updated notification from the tracker stating that my food was delivered, which is not the case.

There is absolutely no way that the app allows us customers to query about our food, it is not user friendly and when I tried to contact the McDelivery call center, voice prompt advises that they are closed.

McDonalds has debited my account for food I have not received.

My family is hungry and for fast food company known for their speed in which they bring food to us, they have not met our expectations!
