If I could give a zero star to this establishment I would. Was first made to wait for about 10min before getting an service at the front count. Was told to use self-service even after telling them that the app requires us to redeem points at the front counter. Was told to come back after 24hrs in order to place an order. Horrible customer service at your Krugersdorp branch. Shift Manager Tumi has absolutely no sense of customer service. Would not recommend it to anyone.
