Highly disappointed

<p>I'm highly disappointed with the service I received this afternoon at birch Acres McDonald .... firstly after paying for my order the cashier didn't give me a receipt when I asked she told me that she cannot without explaining why.... when I was given my order it was wrong after waiting for it for over 15 minutes....she changed the order without any apology. I left to upstairs where my son was playing with the order , after calling my son to be seated so that we can start eating only to find out that there was no juice on the happy meal. I went back to the same lady by the name of Bridget, I informed her that she didn't give me the juice and she just ignored me and continue with other customers,after 3 minutes she gave me a juice and did not even bother to apologize instead she gave me one hell of attitude and told me that it's not her job to prepare orders so is not her fault.... I am highly disappointed as McDonald is my son favorite...</p>
