Hi, on 2025/04/19 at 10h52 I was at McDonald's Pearl's Umhlanga to order a small cappuccino at R29,00 afterwards a realized it comes with a donut and went back to claim one. The manager was unfriendly and not willing to accommodate me, stating that it should have been punched in with the coffee. The manager was a Mr Njabulo and the server was Miss Mbonambi. The server should have offered it to me as a deal with the cappuccino. At the end of the day it's not about the donut, but about the Principal the matter. I told the manager I'll never return. Instead I went next door to Starbucks and my experience was great. Terrible experience, so stuff McDonald's, Yours truly Mr Weber.
