Hi, I have just had a terrible experience at Macdonalds In Malvern, Durban. I told the lady to check my order when collecting at the drive thru and she still gave me the wrong drink. When I got home, the milkshake was like water. This is the 5th incident in three months and all they can tell you is that we are sorry. You get home and the meal is wrong and you have to drive all the way back, and all they say is we are sorry. There is an absolute lack of competence. Why should we support them!!Mark Govender
