HEART TORN APART

I don't know if this beautiful country is becoming so very bad it hurts to see that in this age and time their are still people that give bad service.

I am very hurt and sad that people give such service i am disappointed i still cant believe such professional bad service still lives us.

My self and my wife decided that we are going to have something to eat after a long argument between KFC and McDonald's we decided we are going to drive out our home way just to pass by McDonald's to buy food.

We patintly waited our turn to buy and order what we need to order , the lady from the world go was having a bad day and gave us attitude , but that was okay i was not bothered anywhere because we leaving in a country where the service is day by day declining so i swallowed my pride. My wife and i silently talk about it while sited waiting for our food , not upset at all.

But what took the trophy was while we patiently waiting for our order 109 to be called , people are coming and leaving while we sitting waiting for our food.

My wife finally decided to ask the ladies at the back counter why is our order taking so long from 20h08 to 20H38 we are still waiting.

But to my surprise no one notices my girlfriend not even a courtesy to say sorry "dog" let me see how i can help , everyone goes on and on and acts like we are invisible , mind you the place was not even packed to say the least.

The only time my we stated getting attention was when i had to raise my voice , crying out just to get a burger and 6 chicken nuggets for my wife , believe it or not the minute i "said can i please get a refund so i can go buy somewhere" , the rude lady that helped us he name "Lavhelisani" screamed so hard REFUND PLEASE COME REFUND , all this time i thought she was deaf. The manager "Nombulelo" took another 20min for her to come and refund our money back.

If this is the service we pay for with our hard earned money driving past a close KFC just to get this bad service tear a falling down my eyes typing this and worse enough my wife way very sad.

I AM DISAPPOINTED.

What happened to service and treating people like they are a gust in your own home.
