Health failure from disgusting franchise

I am disgusted with the level of quality of the food and hygiene that takes place at Mc Donald's firstly the price of the meals have gone up drastically and the quality of the food is gone worse and worse on many occasions the food is not worth the prices they have increased to, on the 6th of December 2023 my wife purchased dinner for us it was 2 grand chicken burgers only and a kids meal the burger comes all messed up and when we open the burger the is a bug on the burger thank God we got home to see this and didn't eat on the drive home we currently live in tongaat and have purchased this from Mount Edgecombe as we was on our way home from the hospital after visiting my brother in law this was a card payment and order number was 3358 the receipt was taken by the lady served the food. We didn't eat the food it has been thrown away how ever my we have a picture of the food
