Hazard to my health and wellbeing

My friends and I decided to come for dinner. The surroundings were dirty but we looked past that not expecting to much from a fast food chain. After repeating my order four times. It was only when we got upstairs that we realized the depth of the problem. Not only were the floors dirty, the tables not cleaned with anything more than a wet cloth. Dead flys were lying all over the place. Chips and more food on the floor, even the walls have cracks all over them. The service was slow and my friends burger was burnt almost to a crisp. I am so disappointed. Not what I expected epically because you are working with people's health. Will never go back. I have photos that I will post on Facebook if this is not dealt with accordingly.
