Hard chicken burger

I ordered a grand spicy chicken burger last night, order number 3441 at mc Donalds cresta crossing. The chicken was so hard and the sauce from the burger was too much. I could not even enjoy what I was eating. I even removed some of the sauce but that didn't help because of the hard chicken. It tasted like it was fried before, then got cold and got fried again. I could not take it back because the doors were locked, they were closed at 8pm.
