Happy Meal that turned into a Sad Meal!

We went through the drive-thru of MacDonalds Pinetown (08/06/2018) and ordered one Happy McNuggets Kiddies Meal. On arrival home we realized we didn’t receive a Boys Disney Toy with the Kiddies Meal and we asked for Sweet and Sour Sauce with the McNuggets Kiddies Meal and received a Spicy Mayo Sauce instead. So we had to deal with our son crying because he didn’t receive his toy! What was meant to be a Happy Meal turned into a Sad Meal for him! What sort of quality assurance does MacDonalds have? Should there not be a Quality Assurance Officer checking every meal as it goes out especially when dealing with a Kiddies Meal and such a simple thing as a Toy! What has happened to the Quality of MacDonalds, it’s Disgusting and we are extremely disappointed as we visit the Resturant often!
