Happy Customer

I had an incident some weeks ago with Mc Donald's in Plumstead Cape Town concerning the hygiene at the front desk. Since the matter was escalated by me head office made contact with me with in 24 hours whereby they have address the problem with the relevant senior staff member at the store and action was taken accordingly. Since I had such a response to my complain it gives me the insurance that Mc Donald's take there customers very serious and just want the best for there clients / customers. Thanks to Mechandre Marlise Beck and her team for your prompt response I will surely support you in the near future.
