Hand to hand

I rushed into McDonald's shall cross to get my little Leah a treat for doing so well in her sports day. We walked into the store and noticed it was empty, we ordered a chicken burger share meal with nuggets. I was quiet taken aback when I noticed that guy making our meal was busy packing shredded lettuce on a toasted bun with his bare hands🙈, with the amount of airborne pathogens around especially food, I was a little concerned. I questioned a young counter hand and the response was that they wash their hands every hour and sanitise in between I went on to ask " so are u guaranteeing me That nothing besides food get handled between washes and sanitation, she looked nervous and said there are cameras in the kitchen......but I don't know if I am OK with that.
