half eaten burger and no chips in happy meal

Bought a happy meal from macdonalds in amalinda the chip packet was empty and someone took a huge bite out of the burger and there was no patty on the burger. I go back to sort it out and the manager and resturant manager are so arrogant and unhelpful. So I call the director collin williams and he basically indirectly tells me he isn't doing anything about it. On waiting we see the manager handling food with no gloves and no hair net! They won't let us see the cctv footage! Highly ****ed off
