Half an order but paid in full

I used the McDonald’s delivery app not for the first time and paid for my order upfront only when the meal came to me it was ice cold , my cooldrink is half full and the extra jalapeño sauce I paid for is not with .. this is not the first time why must I pay for things I didn’t receive and food that’s super cold and half fallen out cooldrink I spent r62.40 on this meal and when I called to let them know the problem I can’t get hold of the store and the call Centre can not help me
